Main Role: The Pre-Production Planning​ Supervisor coordinates closely with internal teams (Merchandising, Cutting, Design, Purchasing, Production) and external subcontractors to maintain a stable workflow and meet delivery targets.
Raw Material Planning:
Get Data including the shipdate and the status of WIP at all Stages
Receive MCR from Merchandiser.
Check shipping date, cutting plan, garment production schedule, update printing time, set up draft printing plan.
Check and update cutting plan, based on leadtime of printing/embroidery to ensure a stable input for the line and shipment plan.
Check cutting report, update production plan in details for each table and machine base on what received from cutting.
Check with designer and Junior Planner to have a well-preparation such as pattern, sample or strike off approved, printing ink are ready for bulk.
Work with purchasing and costing staff to make sure raw material always available for bulk.
Daily set up and follow target for each team in printing department
Work with outsourcing team about subcontractor schedule/leadtime to ensure a stable workflow for production.
Assign task for team members to follow printing and outsourcing plan
Assist Printing manager in updating information about production status
Support Planning manager to update the Pre-production schedule and all information concerning to production.
Other assigned task by Planning Manager

Education: Graduated from college or higher
Experience: Experiences 3 to 5 years of same level in garment field or pre-production planning
Knowledge: Understand the work of the parts such as: technical - stamping, cutting, sewing, finishing
