MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Teach engaging online 1-on-1 classes for students aged 4 to 14, with occasional older learners/adults;
Deliver high-quality lessons and provide regular feedback to ensure strong learning outcomes;
Prepare and review student progress to help them reach their learning goals;
Build a fun, interactive, and supportive virtual learning environment.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
University students currently studying, or graduates with a major in English, Education, or other related fields;
Having teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, TESL, IELTS, TOEIC, etc.) is a strong advantage;
Previous teaching experience, especially with young learners, is preferred;
A genuine passion for teaching English to children;
Able to commit to at least 10-15 hours/week, mainly during evenings and weekends.
