ĐỊA CHỈ NHÀ MÁY: DIÊN AN, DIÊN KHÁNH, KHÁNH HÒA
Phát triển sản phẩm: Thiết kế và tối ưu hóa công thức sôcôla để đáp ứng mục tiêu sản xuất và thị hiếu người tiêu dùng.
Quản lý quy trình: Giám sát và kiểm soát các công đoạn sản xuất như ủ (tempering), đổ khuôn, bọc phủ (enrobing) và đóng gói nhằm đảm bảo hiệu suất và chất lượng.
Đảm bảo kiếm soát chất lượng: Thực hiện kiểm tra định kỳ nguyên liệu đầu vào, sản phẩm trong quá trình sản xuất và thành phẩm để duy trì tiêu chuẩn đầu ra.
Vận hành thiết bị: Vận hành và bảo trì các thiết bị chuyên dụng trong sản xuất sôcôla.
Phối hợp và hướng đẫn: Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bộ phận sản xuất, kỹ thuật và kiểm soát chất lượng để triển khai cải tiến và xử lý sự cố.
Tuân thủ quy định: Đảm bảo tuân thủ an toàn thực phẩm, tiêu chuẩn ngành và chính sách công ty.
Cải tiến chất lượng: Nghiên cứu và áp dụng công nghệ mới nhằm nâng cao năng lực sản xuất và đa dạng hóa sản phẩm.

Process Management: Supervise and manage production stages such as tempering, molding, enrobing, and packaging to ensure quality and efficiency.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular testing of raw materials, in-processed items, and finished products to maintain high-quality standards.
Equipment Operation: Operate, monitor, and maintain specialized chocolate production equipment to ensure proper performance and safety.
Team Coordination and Guidance: Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to implement improvements and resolve issues.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Process Innovation: Research and implement new technologies and techniques to enhance production capabilities and product offerings.

Yêu cầu công việc
Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ thực phẩm, Kỹ thuật hóa học hoặc các ngành liên quan (có minh chứng)
Có kinh nghiệm thực tế trong sản xuất sôcôla hoặc bánh kẹo, kinh nghiệm về sản xuất quy mô lớn và hệ thống tự động hóa.
Có kinh nghiệm vận hành thiết bị, đánh giá và thử nghiệm sản phẩm
Am hiểu về sôcôla, quy trình chế biến và thiết bị sản xuất.
Kỹ năng phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề tốt.
Làm việc nhóm và linh hoạt.
Nắm rõ các quy định pháp lý liên quan đến sản xuất thực phẩm.
Biết tiếng Anh cơ bản là một lợi thế (không bắt buộc)

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (proof of qualification required).
Proven experience in chocolate or confectionery production, particularly in large-scale manufacturing and automated systems.
Hands-on experience with equipment operation, sensory evaluation, and product testing.
Strong understanding of chocolate chemistry, processing techniques, and relevant machinery.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Flexible and collaborative team.
Familiarity with food production regulations and quality standards
Basic English communication skills, but not mandatory.
